Finally, in terms of diversity… We have seen that mono-cultures are prone to single points of failure –the U.S. has lost millions of American elm trees to a single disease and millions of American jobs have been lost overseas. Diversity of knowledge and skills pertains to the business enterprise and the individual contributor.
